Pricing
All prices listed are tax-excluded. A 10% consumption tax and a 4% Stripe processing fee will be added to the total amount.
If a reservation cannot be completed, the Agent Fee and any prepayment amount will be fully refunded.
Request Deadline
Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before your earliest desired reservation time.
To increase the chance of successful booking, please provide your first to third preferred dates and times in the order form.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour deadline will be considered late requests,
and an additional fee of JPY 500 (tax excluded, +10% consumption tax) will apply.
This additional fee is non-refundable regardless of the reservation outcome.

If a reservation cannot be completed, the Agent Fee and any prepayment amount will be fully refunded.

Stripe payment fees (4%) are non-refundable.

Cancellations after confirmation are subject to the facility’s cancellation policy.

If the facility allows free cancellation, we can process it on your behalf; however, the Agent Fee is non-refundable.

Reservation Service
Terms of Service
Dream Box Delivery Japan ("we", "us", or "our") provides a reservation agency service for foreign visitors to Japan. This service ("the Service") includes making reservations on behalf of customers for restaurants, beauty salons, theme parks, and similar establishments.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user ("you" or "the customer") and us regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
We will act on your behalf to make reservations for the following types of facilities and services in Japan:
Restaurants, beauty salons, theme parks, etc.
Other services that can be reserved via phone or online platforms
Article 3 (Request and Reservation Process)
You shall submit your reservation request through our designated order form.
Upon reviewing the content and number of reservations requested, we will calculate the service fee and send you a payment link.
Once we confirm your payment, we will proceed with the reservation process.
After completing the reservation process, we will notify you of the results, whether successful or not.
Please complete your payment as soon as possible after receiving the payment link.
As a general rule, payment must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your earliest requested reservation time.
Delayed payment may result in our inability to complete your reservation in time.
Requests are processed in the order in which payments are confirmed.
Article 4 (Fees)
Our basic service fees are as follows:
Standard reservations (no membership registration or prepayment required): ¥1,000 per reservation (¥1,100 incl. tax)
Reservations with special requests (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays): Additional ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax)
Reservations requiring membership registration or prepayment: ¥2,000 per reservation (¥2,200 incl. tax)
For last-minute requests (submitted after the standard deadline), an additional fee of ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax) per reservation will apply.
This additional fee is non-refundable, regardless of reservation success.
A 4% Stripe payment processing fee will be added to the total amount charged to the customer.
All prices listed on our website are shown excluding tax. A 10% consumption tax will be added to the listed prices.
Article 5 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)
Once you submit the designated order form, cancellations are not accepted in principle. At the time of submission, you are able to calculate the applicable fees yourself, and therefore it is considered a confirmed request.
If we are unable to complete a reservation due to our circumstances or because the reservation could not be made, we will refund the following:
- The Agent Fee
- Any prepayment amount required by the facility
However, the Stripe payment processing fee is non-refundable.
The additional fee for last-minute requests (¥500) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you request a cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed and the facility allows free cancellation, we will handle the cancellation on your behalf. However, the Agent Fee will not be refunded.
If a cancellation fee is required by the facility, we will send you a payment link for that amount. The cancellation will be processed only after your payment has been confirmed.
Article 6 (Request Deadline)
The standard deadline for reservation requests is 48 hours prior to the desired reservation time.
Requests made after the 48-hour deadline will incur an additional fee of ¥500 (¥550 incl. tax), which is non-refundable.
Last-minute requests will be handled in the order they are received. However, depending on the timing, we may not be able to complete the reservation in time. Please understand this in advance.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
We shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the following:
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
Refusals, changes, or cancellations by the facility
System outages, communication failures, or other force majeure events
Inability to accommodate changes in date, time, or number of people after confirmation
The Service does not guarantee the success or completion of a reservation.
You acknowledge that the success of a reservation is subject to the availability, schedule, and policies of the respective facility. Even if a request is submitted before or after the deadline, we may be unable to complete a reservation due to full booking, closed dates, or other reasons—especially in the case of high-demand or exclusive establishments.
We are not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate or missing information provided by the customer.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
You may not engage in the following activities:
Providing false or misleading information
Using the service for resale or commercial purposes
Using the service for any activity that violates public order or morals
Canceling reservations without notice or providing false cancellation reasons
Any other act that we deem inappropriate
Article 9 (Modifications to the Terms)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced via our website or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the region where our office is based.
