Relevant Fees
Here's the list of relevant fees for using our service. These fees will appear in the quotation we will prepare for you to confirm your order.
Product Price
This is the value at which your requested items can be acquired in Japan.
Payment Cost
We charge 6% of the total cost (Product Price, Agent Fee, and Shipping Fee) as the payment cost.
Agent Fee
This is our service fee + transportation fee.
Our service fee is determined by the number of items ordered & their product prices.
1~3 items: $150
4~6 items: $200
7~9 items: $250
10+ items: $300
Additionally, a 15% agent fee will be applied
to the total product price.
※If you order multiple units of the same item, we will consider that one item. However, certain items have purchase limits on the number of pieces, in which case, the item may be considered as separate since we will need to split the purchases across different days or multiple transactions.
Shipping Cost
This amount depends on the necessary box weights and destinations.
